Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Dresses
- Jumpsuits
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Please include the following details in your email:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #12345
- Dear Serene Styles Team,
- I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#12345).
- The item(s) I wish to return/exchange are:
- Item Name: [Insert Item Name]
- Size: [Insert Size]
- Reason: [Insert Reason]
- Please provide further instructions on how to proceed.
- Thank you, [Your Full Name]
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, please note that the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
