Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Dresses: Due to hygiene reasons, dresses cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Jumpsuits: Similar to dresses, jumpsuits are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  4. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, please note that the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
